How to Register on Winzaa – Step-by-Step Account Setup

Creating a Winzaa account takes a few minutes. You need an active Indian phone number and the app installed on your Android device. If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, the download guide covers that first.

One thing worth knowing before you start: the name you enter during registration needs to match the name on your bank account or UPI registration. It’s easy to overlook, and it’s the most common reason first withdrawals get delayed. Get it right here and you won’t have to fix it later.

What You Need to Register

  • An active Indian mobile number — this is your account identifier and how you log in
  • Your full name as it appears on your bank account or Aadhaar
  • An email address
  • A UPI ID or bank account details for withdrawals — you can add these during signup or afterward from the Wallet section

You don’t need to upload any documents to register. Winzaa uses phone number verification via OTP to confirm your identity at signup.

How to Register – Step by Step

  1. Open the Winzaa app and tap Register
  2. Enter your Indian mobile number and tap Send OTP
  3. Enter the 4 or 6-digit OTP sent to your number via SMS
  4. Fill in your full name and email address
  5. Set a password for your account
  6. Add your UPI ID or bank account number and IFSC code when prompted
  7. Tap Submit to complete registration

Your Welcome Bonus is credited to your account automatically once registration is complete. You don’t need a referral code or promo code — it’s applied to every new account registered through winzaa.pro.

The Name Field – Get This Right

Enter your name exactly as it appears on your bank account. Not a nickname, not initials, not a shortened version — the full name your bank has on file.

The reason this matters: when you withdraw, the payment system cross-checks the name on the transfer against your linked bank account or UPI registration. A mismatch — even something minor like “Raj” instead of “Rajesh” — can cause the transfer to fail or sit in a pending state. It’s a genuinely annoying problem to fix after the fact because it involves updating both your Winzaa profile and potentially your UPI details.

If you’re not sure what name your bank has on file, check your bank’s app or passbook before filling in this field.

Setting Up Withdrawals During Registration

You’ll be prompted to add payment details toward the end of registration. You have two options:

UPI ID — the faster withdrawal method. Your UPI ID usually looks like yourname@bankname or phonenumber@upi. Find it in your UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or your bank’s own app all display it in the account or profile section.

Bank account — you’ll need your account number and IFSC code. Both are on your passbook, bank statement, or your bank’s app. IFSC codes are 11 characters — a combination of letters and numbers specific to your branch.

You can skip this step during registration and add it later from the Wallet section, but you won’t be able to withdraw anything until it’s set up. Most players just add it during signup.

After Registration – What to Do First

Two things worth doing before you start playing.

First, check the Promotions section. Your Welcome Bonus is already in your account, but bonus funds sometimes have wagering conditions — specific games they apply to, minimum play requirements before they’re withdrawable. Reading this first saves confusion later. The bonus guide explains how it works in more detail.

Second, verify your withdrawal details are saved correctly. Go to Wallet > Payment Methods and confirm your UPI ID or bank details are showing. Catching a typo now is much easier than chasing a failed withdrawal later.

If Registration Isn’t Working

OTP not received.
Wait 60 seconds before requesting a resend — SMS delivery can be slow depending on your network. If it still doesn’t arrive, check that your number is active and receiving SMS. Some numbers with DND settings block certain categories of SMS, including OTP messages. Contact your carrier to check if this applies to your number.

“Number already registered” error.
Your number has an existing Winzaa account attached to it. Use the Login option instead of Register. If you don’t remember the password, use the forgot password flow to reset it via OTP.

The app freezes or crashes on the registration screen.
Close the app fully and reopen it. If it keeps happening, check that you have a stable internet connection — the OTP request and form submission both need connectivity. On older phones, clearing the app’s cache from Settings can also help.

Registration completed but Welcome Bonus isn’t showing.
Give it a few minutes — the bonus credits automatically but isn’t always instant. If it’s still not there after 10–15 minutes, contact in-app support with your registered number and they can check the account status.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I register without downloading the app?

No. Registration happens inside the Winzaa app. You need to download the APK first.

Is my phone number used as my login?

Yes. Your registered mobile number is your account identifier. You log in with your number and password, or via OTP if you forget the password.

Can I change my phone number after registration?

Contact in-app support to request a number change. It’s not something you can do directly from your account settings.

Can I register with a phone number that belongs to someone else?

You need access to the number to receive the OTP, and the account is tied to that number permanently. Using someone else’s number creates complications for login and support later — it’s not recommended.

Can I have two accounts?

No. One account per phone number is the policy. Creating duplicate accounts can result in both being banned. If you have an issue with your current account, contact support rather than creating a new one.

Is there an age requirement to register?

Yes. You must be 18 or older to create a Winzaa account.

What happens to my Welcome Bonus if I don’t use it straight away?

Bonus funds have an expiry period. Check the Promotions section in the app for the current terms — specifically the validity window. If you’re not planning to play immediately, it’s worth knowing the timeline so the bonus doesn’t lapse unused.
